FROM THE PRESIDENT
This is the vision that supports the Human Development, our social
action arm. As we believe that the human development and the education
go hand in hand in building up a better country and a fairer society.
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
The belief that the enforcement of citizens' rights is the shortest
and fairest way for the prosperity of the country and of those who
are proud to be Brazilians is what guides the actions taken by the
Pão de Açúcar Group in the social area.
SOCIAL REPORT
The Company adopts a stance of being socially responsible, trying
to take into account the interests of each one of its publics -
shareholders, employees, suppliers, consumers, government and environment
- and manages, to incorporate them when planning its activities,
with the aim of meeting everyone's demands.
